Carmine’s offers full service catering featuring dishes selected from our restaurant menu and adapted to off-site service. Our primary offering is buffet service reflecting the sharing concept of Carmine’s. Our food is prepared in the Carmine’s kitchen by the same team that cooks daily. We also provide more casual fare, such as box lunches prepared in the same high quality using fresh baked bread and the finest ingredients. Catering is offered for lunch, dinner and receptions. We serve parties of 12 to 150 people.
Each event is custom designed by our catering associate(s). Please expect at least one week of lead time to plan and execute your event. We prepare your individual proposal with inclusive pricing so you know the total cost in advance.
Our service personnel are trained at our restaurant to match our service standards. We offer simple drop off service or service staff to attend your event.
